STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with Rogue Rivals TCG ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
  2. Orders and Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Product availability is not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if an item you ordered is unavailable.
  3. Product Descriptions and Pricing: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice.  We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in pricing or product descriptions.
  4. Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept Credit or Debit Card Secured by Stripe. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
  5. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  6. Returns and Refunds: Our return policy is as follows: Must be returned within 30 days, sealed items must be returned unopened and loose cards must be returned undamaged. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging (where applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Rivals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. 
  8. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent. 
  9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved first through contacting RogueRivalsLLC@gmail.com. If a resolution cannot be reached through email correspondence, disputes will then be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. 
  11. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

  13. Product Specific Conditions: 
    1. Graded Cards: Grading conditions, and grades are determined by third party grading companies. We are not responsible for any variance in opinion on grading. 
    2. Sealed Product: We are not responsible for the contents of sealed products. 
    3. Used/Opened Product: Any used or opened product is sold "as is". Conditions of these products are described to the best of our ability. 
  14. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
